Gillian Kershaw is an experienced professional in Customer Success, currently serving as Manager of Scaled Customer Success at Samsara since March 2023 and as a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software since September 2022. Gillian is also a founding member of the old girls club since January 2022. Previously, roles included Manager, Customer Success, and other leadership positions at Productboard from February 2020 to March 2023, as well as partnerships management at MetaLab and various Customer Success roles at Hootsuite. Gillian's career began in customer service at TD and has been enhanced by an MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Global Development Studies from Queen's University, supplemented by exchange studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Havana.
