Federico Puccioni

Federico Puccioni is the current Vice President at Catawiki. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager Strategy - Innovation at Lloyds Banking Group from May 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they were tasked with establishing a direct channel for the sale of motor financing (digitally via an app, and offline via banks), as well as reviewing existing products and creating new ones. Federico also led analysis of the existing product portfolio, highlighting required changes from a regulatory/customer perspective, and conducted strategic market research - in cooperation with a leading market research agency - to uncover present and developing customer needs and test new potential product features.

Before Lloyds Banking Group, Federico was the Director & Co-Founder at The Net Foundry from September 2013 to December 2015. Federico was also the Senior Manager International (Contract) at Lebara Mobile from June 2013 to February 2014, and the Managing Director and Co-Founder at Formafresh from August 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, Federico worked as the Pricing Business Partner at Vodafone from January 2010 to December 2012.

Federico Puccioni earned their MBA in General Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Federico also has a degree in Business Administration from McGill University and a degree in Economics from LUISS Business School.

They are on a team with Frederik De Beer - Chief Commercial Officer, Iolanda Meehan - Chief People Officer, and Paul Moreno - VP & Head of Information Security. Their manager is Ravi Vora, CEO.
