Portia Li

Portia Li is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Service Center Manager for Asia Pacific at Caterpillar Inc. since January 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing the HR Information System team across the region. Prior experience at Caterpillar includes roles as a Strategic HR Consultant for the AP Human Service Division and AP HR Project Manager, leading HR projects and undergoing 6 Sigma Training. Prior to Caterpillar, Portia worked at Freescale Semiconductor from December 2004 to December 2010 as a Senior Rewards Specialist, focusing on site rewards and benefits across China and South Korea, and as a Senior Staffing Consultant, managing staffing for various groups and fostering university relationships.
