Stephen Carlton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across various companies, including Caterpillar Inc. and Mueller Company. Currently serving as the LWL Assembly – Fabrication Section Manager at Caterpillar Inc., Stephen has successfully organized operations and implemented best practices to enhance productivity. Prior roles include Supply Chain Production Control Supervisor at Mueller Company, where strategic planning led to reduced lead times and costs. With experience dating back to 1994, Stephen has held multiple leadership positions focusing on inventory management, Lean initiatives, and process improvements, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and performance excellence.
