Clayton Maring

Clayton Maring is an experienced professional in international development and program quality, currently serving as the Head of Programming at Catholic Relief Services since January 2016, where contributions include business development and program quality for the East Africa Regional Office. Previous roles include Manager of Program Quality and Growth and International Development Fellow at Sembrando Semillas de Paz "Sembrandopaz," where efforts focused on fostering human dignity and community development. Clayton has also held positions at the Tanenbaum Center, Fundación Circo Para Todos, and Mercy Corps, and has served in various capacities that involve strategic planning, project management, and grant writing. Educational accomplishments include an MPA from New York University, an MSc in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, and a BA in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
