Kristi Roe

Kristi Roe currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Patient and Consumer Experience Officer at Catholic Health, starting in October 2025. Prior to this role, Kristi was the National Vice President of Consumer Experience, Insights, and Market Research at Ascension, where strategic leadership in psychological principles enhanced patient and caregiver interactions. Previous positions include Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at Qualtrics, Head of Healthcare Experience at Medallia, Vice President of Organizational Resilience at Novant Health, and roles at Press Ganey and Carolinas Healthcare System focusing on patient experience and organizational development. Kristi also founded Kristi B. Roe Counseling and Consulting, establishing a successful counseling practice. Academically, Kristi holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
