Keith Heard

Keith Heard has extensive work experience in the software engineering industry. Keith started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at ASI (ImageRight) in 2001, where they provided front-line support for the ImageRight Document Management and Workflow System. Keith then transitioned to the role of Software Developer, where they rewrote the Scanner Application from scratch and was responsible for requirements gathering, UI design, and test planning. In 2006, Keith became a Release Engineer at the same company, focusing on creating and maintaining installation packages for the ImageRight System.

In 2009, Keith joined TeraHop Networks, Inc as a Software Engineer. In this role, they designed and implemented an enterprise system that hosted data from remote sensor nodes using a SQL Server database, an Application Server utilizing WCF, and a Management Utility written in WPF. Keith also provided an API to allow multiple applications or services to retrieve and export data.

After TeraHop, Keith worked as a Software Developer (Contractor) at Jack Henry & Associates before joining GoodCents in 2011 as a Senior Software Developer. At GoodCents, they designed and built backend server software using C#, WCF, and .NET 4 to facilitate the storage and retrieval of customer data.

Most recently, Keith has been working at CareerBuilder since 2014. Keith initially joined as a Software Engineer III and was promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Keith Heard completed their education from 1996 to 2001. Keith began their academic journey at the University of West Georgia in 1996, where they pursued a Computer Science major until 1998. Afterward, they transferred to The University of Georgia and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 1998 to 2001.
