Scott Dahl

Scott Dahl is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Assistant Property Accounting Controller at CBRE since January 2025, Scott previously held the position of Controller at All In One Accounting from August 2022 to December 2024. Scott's extensive tenure at CBRE began in January 2013, during which tenure included various roles such as Controller, Assistant Controller, Fund Accountant, and Accounting Supervisor. Prior to this, Scott was the CFO at University Technology Centers, Inc. from 1994 to January 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing all financial aspects of the commercial property management company and managing finances, contracts, employee benefits, insurance, and payroll. Scott holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Rasmussen University.
