Michele McDonel

Michele McDonel has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various positions and companies. Michele currently works at CBTS as the Program Manager of Service Transition. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Fifth Third Bank, including Vice President, Director of Technology Engineering - IT Operations & File Transfer Services, Vice President of IT Operations & Service Delivery, and Assistant Vice President, Manager of IT Operations & Service Delivery. Earlier in their career, Michele worked at Cincinnati Bell, where they held positions such as Managing Director, Director of Voice Network Operations, Director of Outside Plant Engineering, and Specialist in Transport Planning. Michele'sresponsibilities included managing teams, facilitating collaboration between departments, and ensuring the reliability of network infrastructure.

Michele McDonel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, attending from 1983 to 1988. Michele then pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Cincinnati from 1989 to 1992. Michele later obtained an MBA from the University of Cincinnati from 1992 to 1994.
