James Murray is an experienced leader in the field of dispute resolution, currently serving as the Head of Complaints at Cbus Super Fund since January 2021. Prior to this role, James held various positions at MLC Australia, including Manager of IDR Governance and Complaints Specialist focused on improvements. James also contributed to NAB from September 2012 to June 2019 as the Lead of Complaints Operations & Prevention and Service Centre Manager for Complaints.
