CCT (Columbus Children's Theatre)

Susan Pringle is an experienced executive in the non-profit sector with a strong background in arts education and human resources. Currently serving as Executive Director at Columbus Children's Theatre since January 2017, Pringle has previously held leadership positions as Executive Director at The Muse Machine, Inc. from October 1993 to July 2008, and as Owner/Partner at In the Black Ltd, providing accounting and HR services for non-profits from August 2014 to July 2016. Pringle also served as Business Manager at Green Earth Outdoors from March 2006 to March 2014, where the focus was on promoting responsible interaction with the natural world through education and skill development. Pringle holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Technology from Wright State University.
