Stacy De Jesus serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Public Health Practice at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a role held since September 2002, wherein coordination and leadership of complex programmatic activities are provided, alongside extensive management of concurrent projects. Previous positions include serving as a Public Health Advisor/Program Coordinator for the Islands Program and acting as Associate Director for Public Health Practice at the CDC’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion. Stacy holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
