Lee Brunz

Lee Brunz is currently the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at CDK Global. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President & General Counsel at ADP from 2010 to 2014. During their time at CDK Global, they have been responsible for all aspects of the company's global legal function, including managing high-stakes litigation, establishing and managing compliance programs, and overseeing the company's corporate development function. Lee has also served as the interim CFO and CHRO on multiple occasions.

Lee Brunz has a LLM in Tax from New York University School of Law, a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law, and a BA in English from Whitman College.

They are on a team with Eric Guerin - EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Joe Tautges - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Amy Byrne - Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer. Lee Brunz reports to Brian Krzanich, CEO.
