Carleen M. Flynn

Carleen M. Flynn, AICP, is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager and Client Service Leader at CDM Smith since September 2016, with prior roles including Senior Planner and Manager of Connectivity & Customer Experience at the Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (LYNX), as well as positions at CDM Smith and URS Corporation, where extensive transportation planning and project management expertise were developed. Carleen holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo. Educational foundations were established at Nardin Academy.
