Bob Parker

Bob Parker is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Vice President at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since July 2021, Bob has previously held significant positions including Senior Project Manager at Hull & Associates, LLC and Regional Director at Larson Design Group, where notable achievements include expanding operations and managing multi-discipline projects. Bob has also contributed to organizational growth at CDM Smith and Michael Baker Jr. Inc., overseeing the development and management of engineering teams. Educationally, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
