Martina Hoyos

Martina Hoyos is currently serving as the Legal Director for Iberia, Latam, and Africa at Cegid since March 2024, leading the legal team and providing contractual support to drive business growth. Previously, Martina held various legal roles at Amadeus from May 2012 to February 2024, including Senior Legal Counsel where responsibilities encompassed managing legal support for the Partner Network and purchasing operations, alongside serving as Corporate Legal Counsel focused on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance. Early career experiences include a trainee position at DLA Piper, specializing in corporate, M&A, and private equity, as well as a role at PwC providing tax and legal services for international assignments. Martina holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master's degree in Law from Universidad Europea.
