Rob Rossi

Rob Rossi is a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in leading recruiting efforts across various sectors. Currently at CEI since March 2023, Rob is responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting process for enterprise clients in the Southeast Division. Previously, Rob worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2022 to January 2023, focusing on hiring for Software Engineers, Product Managers, UI/UX, and Technical Leadership roles in the AWS Industry Products division, collaborating with major industries such as Automotive and Clean Energy. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Recruiter and Delivery Lead at GDH from July 2018 to April 2022, where Rob also managed the full lifecycle recruiting for various enterprise clients. Rob holds a degree from the University of Arkansas.
