Stephen Adams

Stephen Adams is an experienced professional in the field of intellectual property and business development, currently serving as the Director of Intellectual Property at Celestica since October 2021. In this role, Stephen oversees all intellectual property block assessments, utilization, and acquisitions for the Celestica Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) business. Previously, as the Director of Business Development, Licensing at Celestica, Stephen developed standardized tools for opportunity assessment within a newly formed licensing division. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Collins Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management for an OEM 145 repair station, and as Global Operations Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, focusing on continuous improvement and digital technology implementation. Stephen began a career as a Project Manager at the VHA Boston Healthcare Systems, managing various construction and facility projects. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
