Penelope Caldwell

Penelope Caldwell is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in healthcare technology and consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT for Health System and Government Services at Cencora since January 2021, Penelope provides leadership in aligning technology solutions with business strategies, directing a team of professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions. Prior to this role, Penelope was the Executive Vice President at Innovative Consulting Group, where responsibilities included overseeing healthcare IT consulting initiatives. Additional experience includes positions as National Practice Director for Cerner Health Services at Brookdale Community College, where Penelope also served as an Adjunct Professor, and as Solutions Director at Siemens Healthcare. Penelope holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
