Alejandra Fonseca is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, quality management, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Head of Telephone Sales Channels Omnichannel at Cencosud S.A., Alejandra leads e-commerce sales strategies across EASY, JUMBO, and METRO for Cencosud Colombia. Previous roles include managing customer experience and quality assurance at Konecta for Mercado Libre, and generating user experience strategies as CX & Training Manager at Apex America.
