Kaylin Ball

Kaylin Ball is an experienced instructional design professional, currently serving as Supervisor of Instructional Design at Cenlar FSB since September 2020, where responsibilities include leading eLearning development and training analysis for Business Administration departments. Prior to this, Kaylin worked at PEI-Genesis as a Global Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging eLearning content aligned with company goals. Experience also includes a role at CSC Digital Brand Services as Service Trainer for North America, where Kaylin designed and delivered training sessions for new and existing employees. Kaylin's career began in account management at The Company Corporation and as a Cosmetic Artist at Nordstrom. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware.
