Victoria Owens

Victoria Owens is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in proposal development and external relations, currently serving as Manager of Proposal Development at Centene Corporation since March 2022. Prior experience includes over a decade at Managed Health Services, where Owens held various leadership roles, such as Manager of External Relations and Manager of Marketing & Communications, and was involved in strategic communication initiatives and project management. Earlier roles included contributions to the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce as Senior Manager of Operations and Communications & Government Relations Manager. Victoria Owens holds a BA in Communications from Flagler College, attained in 2004.
