Rohit Jaitly

Rohit Jaitly is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Instructor at Centennial College since January 2019, Rohit focuses on restaurant operations in the School for Hospitality and Tourism Management. Previously, as a Wine Consultant for Two Sisters Vineyards from March 2021 to December 2023, Rohit provided expert advice in the wine industry. Rohit's earlier roles include District Manager at aroma espresso bar, Manager at Spencer's At The Waterfront, Dining Services Manager at St. George's Golf and Country Club, and Restaurant Manager at Fabbrica Restaurant, among others, showcasing a strong track record in team leadership, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. Rohit holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph.
