Justin Kelly is an accomplished professional in the field of linguistics, currently serving as the Director of Test Development at the Center for Applied Linguistics since August 2013. In this role, Justin oversees the entire test development process, ensuring quality through item development, review, and external assessments while coordinating with the WIDA organization on various projects. Previously, Justin held multiple positions at Second Language Testing, Inc. from January 2005 to August 2013, including Director of Operations and Director of Proposal Development, where responsibilities encompassed business management, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Additionally, Justin has academic experience as a Graduate Assistant at Georgetown University during 2006-2010, supporting courses in semantics, pragmatics, and syntax.
