Nicole Lucas

Nicole Lucas is an experienced professional in leadership development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Client Implementation Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership since August 2019, where responsibilities include implementing and managing global leadership development programs with an annual budget of Euros 1.7 million. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Right Management from August 2014 to August 2019 as a Client Implementation Manager and Global Project Manager, overseeing multiple career and talent management projects, and before that supported career management programs as an Engagement and Delivery Project Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Learning Support Assistant for the Visually Impaired at Stanford-le-Hope Primary from 2007 to 2014 and as an Executive Personal Assistant at Helikon Shipping Ent. Ltd from 1991 to 1999. Nicole holds A levels in Business Studies and Sociology, along with training in Business Administration and Management.
