The Center for Disability Rights (CDR) is a disability-led, not-for-profit corporation. They provide services to people with disabilities and seniors within the framework of an Independent Living Model which promotes independence of people with all types of disabilities, enabling choice in living setting, full access to the community, and control of their life.

The board of directors at Center for Disability Rights has a wide range of experience in different industries and levels of education. Some members have experience as an adjunct instructor at Gallaudet University, while others have experience as the Vice President or Agency Owner at DHH Insurance. The board members also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including accounting and HRCD from Rochester Institute of Technology.
