The Center for Disability Rights (CDR) is a disability-led, not-for-profit corporation. They provide services to people with disabilities and seniors within the framework of an Independent Living Model which promotes independence of people with all types of disabilities, enabling choice in living setting, full access to the community, and control of their life.

The current leadership team at Center for Disability Rights has a history in education and construction. The IT Director used to work as a teacher at DeSales High School, while the Access Technician worked at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. They both have experience in construction, with the IT Director having a degree in Building Construction Technology from State University of New York at Delhi and the Access Technician having a degree in Psychology and Religion from Colgate University.
