Kayla Deforest

Kayla Deforest is the current Manager of Events at COCA. Kayla has also worked as a freelance events manager, hospitality manager, and benefits consultant. Kayla has a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a service captain and maître d’ for Michelin and James Beard award-winning chefs.

Kayla Deforest has a degree in psychology from Howard University and a degree in theatre from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kayla also has a degree in business administration and management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

Their manager is Kelly Pollock, Executive Director. Kayla Deforest works with Sean Carroll - Design Manager, Will Bonfiglio - Director of COCAbiz & Director of People & Culture, and Allie Rapini - HR Manager.
