Melissa Fradette is a Nurse Leader with extensive experience in critical care and nursing excellence. Currently serving as the Executive Director and System Chief Nursing Officer at CentraCare since 2021, Melissa previously held the roles of Nurse Clinician, Magnet Program Director, and Intensive Care Nurse at St. Cloud Hospital from 2013 to 2018. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Walden University.
