Colette Carew

Colette Carew currently serves as the Business Catering Manager at Sodexo and the General Catering Manager at the Central Bank of Ireland since September 2023. Prior to these roles, Colette held the position of Chef & Catering Management at AXA from January 2004 to September 2023. Colette holds a Diploma in Front Line Management from the National College of Ireland and has furthered education at the Institute of Technology, Tallaght.
