Humaid Alhammadi

Humaid Alhammadi currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Central Bank of The UAE, a position held since August 2018, and has also held roles such as Director of Organizational Excellence, Quality and Innovation, and Assistant Director for Organizational Excellence and Quality. Additionally, Humaid is a member of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Gulf Payments Company since February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Acting Director of Strategy & Stakeholder Management at the Ministry of Presidential Affairs - UAE and Excellence and Quality Manager at Etihad Rail. Humaid's educational background includes executive education in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, a Data Driven Decision Making Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Abu Dhabi School of Management, and two Bachelor's degrees in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Portland and Portland State University.
