Glen Herrick

Glen Herrick is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Klaros Group since January 2024, and a Board Member at a $2B Midwestern Community Bank from January 2023, Glen previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Pathward from 2013 to December 2023, overseeing a publicly-traded financial services firm with $8.5B in assets. Prior experience includes significant tenures at Wells Fargo in both Corporate Finance & Treasury and Risk Management, and as Chief Financial Officer of the Education Finance Division, which expanded significantly during their leadership. Early career roles included positions at Ingersoll Rand and in the U.S. Army, where Glen developed skills in supply chain management and procurement.
