Mary K.Y. Lee

Mary K.Y. Lee is a civil litigation attorney based in Boston. She concentrates her practice on residential/commercial real estate disputes and business immigration. She is the 2009 recipient of the Denis Maguire Pro Bono Award given by the Volunteers Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association for her work in representing Tenants and Landlords at the Boston Housing Court. An involved participant in the community; Attorney Lee teaches the first-time home buyers program at the Asian Community Development Corporation and is a legal clinic Attorney with Quincy Asian Resource Incorporated. Attorney Lee serves on the Massachusetts Trial Court Language Access Judicial Advisory Committee, Massachusetts Language Access Coalition Committee, Boston Bar Association Real Estate Pro Bono Committee and the Boston Bar Association Lawyers Referral Review Committee. Attorney Lee is a member of Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys; and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Prior to establishing her law practice, Attorney Lee was a staff member of Central Boston Elder Services family. Attorney Lee earned her degrees from Boston College and Touro Law Center in New York.
