Steven M. Fetter

Mr. Fetter is the President of Regulation UnFettered, a utility advisory firm. Prior to his current position, he worked at Fitch Ratings, from 1993 to 2002, holding the title of Group Head and Managing Director, Global Power Group, from 1998 to 2002, and before that he was Chairman and Commissioner of the Michigan Public Service Commission from 1987 to 1993. Among other roles, he was also Acting Associate Deputy Under Secretary of Labor, U.S. Department of Labor, in 1987, and the Majority General Counsel, Michigan state Senate, from 1984 to 1985.

He serves as Chair of the Governance and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Mr. Fetter has been a Director since 2002.
