Lilian Roa is an experienced professional in the social work and youth development fields. Currently serving as a Prevention Specialist and Youth Clinician at CHASS Center since September 2019, Lilian also holds the position of Associate Director for TRIO Detroit Programs at Central Michigan University, focusing on college access for middle and high school students. With a long-standing role as a Sexual Assault Clinician at Community Health and Social Services since May 2012, responsibilities include coordinating survivor programs, providing trauma-focused counseling, and ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
