Kgaugelo Masemola

Kgaugelo Masemola is currently the Global Delivery and Technology Solutions head at Centrax Systems. Kgaugelo has previous experience working as a Senior Analyst at Life Healthcare and an Information Technology Expert & Technical Advisory at the Government Technical Advisory Centre SA (GTAC). At Centrax Systems, they were previously the Head of Solutions, Deliver, Project management & QA.

Kgaugelo has experience in Agile Methodology and working embedded within an Agile team. Kgaugelo is skilled in coaching, mentoring & managing Junior/Intermediate Business Analysts as well as stakeholder management and requirement elicitation. Kgaugelo also has expertise in leading Pre-Sales and Solutions teams, proficiency in Systems Design & Integration, System Development, Testing and Quality Assurance, Agile Project Management, Business Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery, Governance, Compliance & Audit.

As Head of Solutions, Deliver, Project management & QA, Kgaugelo was responsible for ensuring that all production releases were implemented according to change control and adhered to all phases of the software development lifecycle. This included delivering architectural artefacts such as requirements specifications, change requests, use cases, test cases, test plan, etc. and developing & delivering a digital solution plan & budget annually that was aligned with the Organizations strategy & plan.

The educational career for Kgaugelo Masemola includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA, a Honours degree in Commerce and Business management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute, a Business Analysis Certificate from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, a Business and Systems Analyst certification from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, and a Bcom Infomatics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
