Brice Dimitruk

Brice Dimitruk, PE, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and land planning. Currently serving as the Farm Owner at Dimitruk Family Farm, LLC, since June 2024, Brice is also the Forward Land Planning & Land Entitlement Manager at Century Communities, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, significant roles included Senior Project Manager in both Transportation and Materials Divisions at Eagle Engineering, Inc. from January 2019 to September 2023. Responsibilities spanned overseeing project designs, client correspondence, performing rezonings, and leading teams through various engineering and construction phases. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at CES Group Engineers and Electrical Consulting Engineers, as well as an internship at Talbert Bright & Ellington and work as a farmhand at Rustin Farms. Brice holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2016.
