Nishant Kuumaar is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources and learning and development, specializing in IT and retail sectors. Currently serving as the People and Talent Leader for Ceragon Networks since May 2024, Nishant drives talent growth strategies and fosters an inclusive work environment at the India Talent Centre. Prior experience includes roles as HRBP and Learning Manager at Alshaya Group, where Nishant managed various HR initiatives, and as Lead HR & Recruitment, overseeing employee lifecycle and engagement programs. Additional experience encompasses recruitment roles at Target, Amazon, and Citrix, complemented by an MBA in Human Resource Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
