As Chief Strategy Officer, Will Mintz leads Cerner’s corporate strategy and is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to ensure future growth.

Will joined Cerner in September 2020, bringing extensive experience in the health care technology and health insurance industries. His career has focused on solutions that leverage information technology to more effectively address health disparities. He will use his digital health care expertise to advance Cerner’s vision and help clients around the world deliver higher quality care.

Will previously served as Vice President of Strategy for careC2, a Leidos Health business, where he led enterprise strategy, new product development and the commercialization of new technologies powered by the application platform the United States military uses.

Additionally, Will founded Care3, a digital health company that supports community-based care programs. His company provides consumer-focused digital tools to patients and caregivers in underserved communities to improve the management of their health journey. Will also held executive roles at Aetna and leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

He earned an MBA from Yale University School of Management and an MHA and bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida.
