Dudley Brundige

Dudley Brundige is the CFO & Partnerships at Certa. Dudley has over 20 years of experience in finance, investment banking, and private equity.

Brundige began their career as an analyst in the Merchant Banking Group at Prudential Securities. Dudley then moved to Prudential Financial's U.S. Private Equity Group where they structured deals and investments in the telecom and business services sectors. In 2002, they joined American Express as Vice President in the Global Network Services division. There they performed enterprise-wide projects for American Express, including analyzing acquisitions, divestitures and investments.

In 2010, Brundige joined GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as SVP, Industrials and Techology, Corporate Markets. Dudley oversaw projects for clients such as AXA and developed relationships with C-suite executives across multiple industries. Dudley left GLG in 2020 to join Certa as CFO & Partnerships.

Dudley Brundige attended the Jesuit High School of New Orleans for their high school education. Dudley then went on to study economics at the University of Virginia, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue an MBA at The Wharton School.
