Tracy Shantz

Tracy Shantz is an experienced professional in people development and instructional design, currently serving as the People Development Pillar Leader for World Class Manufacturing at CertainTeed Corporation since October 2018. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders to create comprehensive training materials, leading the People Development Pillar strategy, and facilitating instructor-led training sessions on various topics. Prior roles include Training Supervisor at RPG Shakopee, Learning Specialist at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, and instructional design positions at Gopher Resource and The Toro Company. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Training, a Master's Certificate in Instructional Design, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Theatre, and an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing.
