Jenrich Jen Chua

Jenrich Jen Chua serves as the Deputy Head of Quality Excellence and Head of Operational Excellence at Certis since February 2019, driving initiatives to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. In previous roles within Certis, Jenrich led a significant project to resolve complex billing discrepancies and served as Senior Manager of Quality Excellence, focusing on strategic planning and digital transformation within the organization. Prior to joining Certis, Jenrich had an extensive career at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing global operations for printing and meeting services, overseeing consumer research data purchases, and ensuring compliance in multiple operational capacities. Jenrich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
