It takes a special individual to confidently establish new relationships in one of the most dynamic and ever-changing industries in the world. **Primary responsibilities **

  • Generate new business by using company leads. Own book of clients is a plus.
  • Nurture, retain and upsell clients where possible
  • Stay up to date with the latest market developments and relay information to clients
  • Provide vital information to clients centered around the available platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures
  • Assist clients and prospects with frequently asked questions or inquiries with a mentality of always ready to help

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities **

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 2-5 years of experience in online trading and/or FX/CFDs
  • Fluent in Spanish. Strong English is a major advantage
  • Result-driven and analytical in nature
  • Presentable and capable of doing webinars
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps
  • Strong negotiation and pitching skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
