Eduardo Fakhoury

Mr. Eduardo Fakhoury is a banker, Financial Markets enthusiast and one of the earliest advocators and initiators of market access in Lebanon, the region and globally. After establishing Credit Financier Invest SAL in 1998, Mr. Fakhoury went on to establish another licensed entity in Cyprus before joining forces with Hisham Mansour which eventually led to the formation of the CFI Financial Group with 6 regulated entities around the world. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Credit Financer Sal since 1994.

His ambition to bring forth online trading to the masses played an important role in his entrepreneurial ways. Furthermore, his always positive mentality and leadership style allowed him to dominate the market in Lebanon and become a well-known name in the region.

Eduardo is a Board Member and Chairman of the Risk Committee at Libank while also being part of a special issue of the Forbes 100, focusing on the 35 most influential personalities in Lebanon.

Mr. Eduardo holds a BS in Banking and Finance with distinction from the Lebanese American University as well as a Masters in Money and Banking from the American University of Beirut. He remains a pivotal figure in the industry and is well known across the financial world.
