Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser is currently the Director of the Institute for Law & Economics at ILE-HSG and serves on the boards of several organizations, including Chain IQ Group AG and Graubündner Kantonalbank. They held the position of Vice Director at the Institute for Accounting, Control and Auditing at Universität St. Gallen from 2012 to 2022 and were an Assistant Professor at the University of Zurich from 2006 to 2010. Michèle earned a Dr. oec. HSG with summa cum laude distinction and has been a visiting professor at various esteemed institutions. Additionally, they founded the Network for Innovative Corporate Governance (NICG).
