Harley Thomas

Harley Thomas is a Staff Product Designer at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, with a history of advancing to Senior Product Designer in the same organization since September 2020. Previously, Harley served as a Senior Product Designer at Pear Therapeutics from January 2019 to August 2020, leading the design process for flagship iOS and Android products, and collaborating closely with UX researchers. Prior tenure includes a role as a Product Designer at One Medical from February 2011 to June 2018, where Harley designed web-based electronic health record systems and patient-focused mobile applications, conducted extensive user research, and delivered improvements that significantly enhanced productivity and reduced errors in lab ordering. Additionally, Harley held a Project Manager position, where project scoping and prioritization were key responsibilities, combined with the application of data analysis using Python and SQL to inform product development. Harley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
