Bansi Nagji

Mr. Nagji is a member of the Change Healthcare Board of Directors. He also currently serves as President, Healthcare at GoodRx. Mr. Nagji previously served for more than five years as executive vice president and chief strategy and business development officer at McKesson Corporation. In this role, Mr. Nagji led the corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, and corporate ventures functions for the company.

Prior to joining McKesson, Mr. Nagji was a principal of Deloitte Consulting, LLP where he was the global leader of Monitor Deloitte. Prior to that, Mr. Nagji was with Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm, for twenty years where he was a senior partner and president when the firm merged with Deloitte.

Mr. Nagji served previously on the board of Change Healthcare until March 2020, and on the board of directors of Deloitte, LLP from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Nagji has been recognized multiple times by EMpower as a senior executive role model for minorities in the workplace. He is also an active supporter of several not-for-profit organizations.

Previously, Mr. Nagji worked as a solicitor in London with one of Europe’s largest law firms. Mr. Nagji received his B.A. and M.A. from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. with Distinction from INSEAD.

Mr. Nagji is a member of the Compensation and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees.
