Monica Mccullough

Monica R. McCullough serves as the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Change Healthcare. She leads the company’s efforts to establish and sustain a culture of compliance, and supports the company’s Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and other members of the Executive Team on various compliance initiatives.

Monica previously served as Chief Employment Counsel for two years at Change Healthcare and for six years at McKesson Technology Solutions. In her time with both companies, she provided advice and counsel on all facets of compliance with employment laws in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia. This work included partnering with the company’s compliance teams to develop employee-facing policies and training, as well as investigating allegations related to employment laws, potential conflicts of interest, HIPAA violations, fraud, misappropriation of resources, and other violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

Prior to joining McKesson, Monica practiced for over 13 years at two of the nation’s largest firms: Alston & Bird and Jones Day. She graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law and earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a Woodrow Wilson Fellow.
