Nicholas L. Kuhar

Mr. Kuhar is a member of the Change Healthcare board of directors. He also has been a Principal in the Private Equity Group at Blackstone since June 2014. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Kuhar worked as an Associate at Bain Capital from 2010 to 2012 and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2008 to 2010. He is currently a member of the board of directors of MB Aerospace and previously served on the board of directors of HealthMarkets. Mr. Kuhar received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
