Richard Cornetta

Richard Cornetta is the current CFO at ChannelAdvisor. Prior to this, they were the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Dex Media, Inc. (formerly Dex One Corporation) from September 2010 to September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing all SEC reporting, technical research and application of accounting and reporting standards, supervising various accounting functions and benefit plan audits and reporting. Richard was also a member of the Disclosure Committee, Finance Committee and Asset Management Committee.

Some of their key accomplishments include successfully resolving SEC comment letters resulting in no amendments or restatements of prior SEC filings, managing the accurate and timely filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-4, etc. and debt filer reporting requirements, administering the preparation and review of financial results and variance analysis presented to executive management, assessing and providing guidance on the accounting and reporting impact of new products, significant transactions and events, directing the accounting and reporting for mergers and acquisitions, and successful implementation of XBRL.

Richard Cornetta received a BA in Accounting from Iona College and also attended Iona Preparatory.
